The area is used for the preparation of junior and senior teams on bridge K 90, and for the preparation of pupils and adolescents (up to 15 years old) on bridges K70 and K40.

In the horizon of 2025-2028, a complete reconstruction of the area is planned. The goal is to host the World Cup after 2031.
